German retailer AFEW has built the ultimate sneaker box for the Nike sandals Air Max Day 2020. AFEW responded to its users and asked for the optimal conditions for the perfect sneaker box. Most of them wanted a box that was sustainable, environmentally friendly and protected from wind and weather.
Et voilà. From these requirements, a fully functional platform boat was created. The design and pattern of the ultimate sneaker box comes from the Nike sandals Air Max 90 "Duck Camo". AFEW has redesigned the entire boat, paying attention to every single detail. The idea for the design of the cabin originally came from nature. Fine wooden planks decorate the walls and remind us of a sneaker cocoon.
