New Pharrell x adidas Samba Humanrace in "Lilac" Colourway Revealed

Earlier this year it was confirmed that Pharrell William's would be joining Louis Vuitton as the next Creative Director of Menswear. Although this appointment brings with it a lot of responsibility, it doesn't seem to affect Williams' long-standing partnership with adidas. Williams still proudly displays the Three Stripes, and his next joint release - another colourway of the Samba Humanrace - appears to be on the verge of its retail debut. The next Pharrell x adidas Samba Humanrace, seen in the hands of sneaker photographer @arab_lincoln, is markedly different from its previously released counterparts.
 
While the previous model stood out with an elongated tongue, this new version has had it shortened to the size of the original. The colour choice, however, is less conventional and consists of light, spring-like purple. With leather cyprus, zig-zag stripes and a disproportionate Trefoil logo, the latest Pharrell x adidas Samba Humanrace colourway is just about perfect. This will soon be available at adidas as well as selected retailers. We can't wait to wear these great sneakers!
