RECOUTURE's Mountaineering adidas Borsa 4Athlts Small Bobas on November 27th

The designer actually didn't think the sample would go public, but Mountaineering adidas gave the sneaker the green light, and so production started. It has to be said that the RECOUTURE x Mountaineering adidas Borsa 4Athlts Small has lost some of the charm of the original shoe, as the patchwork makeover dominates on the upper. Underneath, the midsoles have a yellowed style, and the outsoles are coloured in grey.

Much more exciting is the upper, which is composed of different textiles and suede applications. The deconstructed look is closely based on the RECOUTURE design, with the knitted pattern reminiscent of a quilt. The tongues, straps  and Three Stripes then follow the design everywhere.

A first release date for the RECOUTURE x Mountaineering adidas Borsa 4Athlts Small has been set. The sneakers will Boba in Asia on November 27th. A bigger Boba will follow.
