adidas 4D Futurecraft

A popular iteration will soon be returning at adidas. The Herzogenaurach-based brand has confirmed the adidas Futurecraft 4D in its original colourway. For many fans, it's a must-have that should be on every shoe shelf.

The silhouette was originally supposed to debut at the end of 2017, but due to legal issues with the design, the release was delayed and the adidas Futurecraft 4D appeared on the sneakers in early 2018.

The sneaker features a lightweight black Primeknit upper with the reflective Three Stripes on the sides. Further down, you'll find the sneaker's signature green midsoles, which were developed in collaboration with Silicon Valley-based tech company Carbon.

In a process called Digital Light Synthesis, the printed soles are produced by using light and oxygen. Since this release, we've also found more and more 4D iterations making their way to various lifestyle and performance sneakers. Among the latest sneakers is the adidas Ultra 4D.
