adidas Yeezy 700 V2 "Static"

And here it is! For a long time, there has been some speculation if the "Static" would be released at all and if it could even come in 2018. Well, adidas has actually scheduled the Yeezy Static for December 27th now. But not only that, because most sneakerheads were already happy that the 350 V2 "Static" was confirmed for December. But the best was yet to come, because a short time later, adidas even confirmed the Yeezy 700 V2 in the new "Static" colourway!

Pictures and leaks of the second version of the 700 have been circulating on the net for over half a year, but until now, there has been no further information about the silhouette. At almost at the same time as the 350 V2 "Static", adidas has also confirmed the very first 700 V2, and it comes together with the 350 V2 in a partner look.

With the 700 V2, Kanye and adidas are following the current "bulky shoes" or "dad shoes" trend. The shoe looks even more massive than its predecessor.

Surprisingly, we are now getting two new Yeezy colourways at the end of the year. True to Kanye's promise that everyone who wants a Yeezy should get one, adidas worked really hard on the range in 2018 and released many restocks of the most hyped model. We're excited to see what 2019 will be like, so we're strongly assuming there's a lot more to come. 🙂

As already mentioned, this Yeezy, just like all the Yeezys before it, will be strictly limited. The drop will be available at adidas and some selected retailers, although many will only offer it as a raffle or instore release.
