TLDR: nike bronze presents the ‘Streak Spectrum’ package with the Vaporfly 3 and Zoom Fly 6 models, inspired by the fiery design of the Streak Spectrum from the early 2000s. While the Vaporfly 3 is designed for competition, the Zoom Fly 6 offers versatility for training and racing. The Vaporfly 3 and Zoom Fly 6 bring back the iconic flames of the Streak Spectrum that caused a sensation in the 2000s. Yellow, orange, red and purple flames adorn the run upper, which is complemented in the Vaporfly 3 by red accents and a colour gradient on the forefoot.
The Vaporfly 3 is specially designed for competition days, with a lightweight construction and a carbon fibre plate for maximum propulsion. The Zoom Fly 6, on the other hand, is an all-rounder for training and racing, equipped with ZoomX foam, EVA cushioning and a carbon fibre plate.
The inspiration comes from the Streak Spectrum, which was designed in 2003 by Steven Smith for the renowned Hakone Ekiden in Japan. The flames inspired by hotrod culture give this modern running shoe a nostalgic touch.
